Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization and provide your order number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are intact and included.

  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the item back via a tracked courier service or visit a designated City Chain retail outlet in Hong Kong for an in-person exchange.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
